Reece runs Highfloor end-to-end — strategy, channel-mix design, venue selection, creative direction, and reporting. The brands Highfloor serves are the brands he's spent the last several years actually marketing for, in roles where the channel-mix problem and the platform-lockout problem were the daily reality.
Before Highfloor, he led performance marketing at Seedless Media across the cannabis and hemp portfolio — running multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and SEO under the compliance constraints that define those verticals, and reporting target-metric improvements of 2–3X across the accounts he ran. He continues to consult independently through Pesh Marketing on top-to-bottom-of-funnel growth for ecom-oriented brands across fitness, supplement, health, medical, and CBD/hemp.
Earlier, he co-founded Join My MD as Chief Marketing Officer — a white-label telehealth and staffing platform that connected solo clinic owners and small medical teams with HIPAA-compliant remote medical direction. Two years building that taught him the operating side of regulated-industry marketing: where the friction lives, what compliance actually requires, and which channels can carry the load when the major platforms won't.
Highfloor is the next iteration of that thesis. Curated bar TV across 36 metros, programmatic and rideshare layered around it, built specifically for cannabis brands, personal injury and mass tort firms, hospitality groups, restaurant chains, and the brands the major digital platforms have priced out or locked out entirely. He still runs the discovery call himself — and the strategist on that call is the same person who architects and runs the flight.

Beyond the founder's seat, Highfloor is built around an operating group with backgrounds in performance media, operator-side ad sales, agency strategy, programmatic operations, and venue networks. The team came together around a pattern noticed across years of running campaigns: brands in cannabis, legal, hospitality, nightlife, and other regulated or high-ticket categories were structurally locked out of the major digital advertising platforms — Meta, Google search, TikTok — and the alternative channel set was being underbuilt.
Each strategist on the team owns campaign architecture end-to-end: targeting, creative compliance, budget allocation, and performance optimization. We don't separate "strategy" from "execution" — the strategist on a discovery call is the same person who would architect and run the campaign.
