Daypart-of-call attribution
Daypart-of-call data is the single most actionable measurement input for PI flight optimization. When the firm's intake calls cluster at a specific daypart, that daypart should get more flight weight.
Case-conversion attribution
Beyond call volume, the meaningful PI metric is qualified-case conversion — which calls actually became signed retainers and which became cases that produced settlement value. Firms with strong CRM integration can attribute settlement-value back to original-impression source.
